Li-Ion Battery Recycling
Lithium Ion Battery Recycling
Approximately 500,000 tonnes of Li-ion batteries have already reached the end of life and by the year 2030 this will rise to 3 million tonnes, making recycling a responsibility and an opportunity.
3R Recycler is one of the leading Lithium Ion battery recycler in India. We have one of the largest state-of-the-art facilities located in the NCR region with a recycling capacity of 12,000 Kgs per day.
We have an efficient and low-CO2 emission Lithium-Ion battery recycling process, by which we recycle 80% of a battery with the combination of our mechanical and hydrometallurgical recycling processes.
The recycling process
The recycling process starts with batteries being cut up, shredded, and sieved. After that different materials are removed via leaching and filtering process from which we recover 95% of the valuable metals from the battery’s black mass such as nickel, manganese, and cobalt ions.
But now the question arises that why is it important to recycle batteries? It is necessary because this significantly reduces the dangers these batteries pose to human health and the environment by diverting them from landfills and incinerators.
For a sustainable and green future, we have to ensure that zero waste goes to landfills and for that purpose, we have Pan India reverse logistics network, focused on efficient supply chain management as well as state of the art facility which is committed to the highest environmental, health and safety (EHS) standards across all procedures.
3R Recycler is the leading lithium ion battery recycler in Delhi which recycle thousand of kg Li-ion batteries per day, decrease the pollution in environment and preserve valuable materials. Our lithium ion battery recycler services aim is to make world livable and stop the prevention of human resources.
